Dana Chen was an assistant principal at Haycock Elementary for two years before joining us at White Oaks.  Prior to Haycock Elementary, Dana worked as a middle school and high school English teacher in both Virginia and Japan, an Instructional Coach, and an Educational Specialist for the Office of School Support. Dana is a proud graduate of Wake Forest University (go Deacs!) and currently working on getting her doctorate through Virginia Commonwealth University. She is also a mom to a rising third grader and fifth grader and enjoys traveling with her family. Dana is incredibly excited to join the White Oaks family!
